Refund Policy
- Candidates may request the cancellation of their registration within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of registration.
- To be eligible for cancellation and a refund, the candidate must clear all outstanding installments, fees, or other dues payable up to the effective date of cancellation.
- Upon fulfillment of the above conditions, the candidate shall be eligible to receive a full refund of the fees paid.
- Upon receipt of a refund request, the Company will acknowledge the request via email. The candidate will subsequently be informed in writing of the approval or rejection of the refund request after verification of the applicable eligibility criteria.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund shall be processed and credited to the candidate's designated bank account or the original mode of payment, as applicable, within a reasonable period of business days, subject to banking and payment processing timelines.
