Manpower Services
We intermediate between the organizations who want to hire employees and candidates who are searching for jobs. Cabin Crew
Air cabin crew is a comprehensive term comprising flight supervisors, pursuers, air hostesses, and flight attendants. Their responsibility is to take care of the comfort and safety of the passengers traveling in the aircraft.
Their main duties are to check passengers’ tickets, assist them in storing luggage, and demonstrate safety measures like fastening seat belt, use of emergency equipment, show exit doors etc. They also keep a check on the availability of food and beverages, first-aid kit, and other emergency equipments onboard. On flight, they serve meals and drinks. They are trained to deal with emergencies, apply safety drill, and help passengers. The air cabin crew is also required to tackle special problems, like ill health of passengers.
Airlines CSA
An airline customer service agent is the first point of contact for a passenger in an airport or over the phone. Stellar service is key in ensuring the happiness of airline customers. While some passengers are looking for cursory assistance in checking luggage or printing a boarding pass, others have complaints and are looking for a quick resolution. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a knack for interacting with customers is essential in this position.
Ground Handling
In aviation, the term “ground handling” refers to the wide range of services provided to facilitate an aircraft flight or aircraft ground repositioning, preparation for and upon conclusion of a flight which will include both customer service and ramp service functions.
Flight Services
Our specialists were responsible for interpreting weather and aeronautical information – and then transmitting that data to aircraft pilots before, during, and after flights.
Cargo Handling

Ticketing Executive
The Ticketing Officer helps passengers to plan for their trips. He/She answers questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules. He/She makes and confirms reservations. He/She calculates the expenses and sells tickets to the passengers. He/She may be required to make other arrangements such as car bookings for the passengers. In addition, he/she is required to re-book tickets and other arrangements if the passengers decide to change their schedules. The ticketing officers may have access to computers to help speed up the process.
Tag Boy
As the public face of the company the Tag boy is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers.
Security Guard
Work involves specific security requirements of an airport including patrolling airport facilities and property, traffic direction, coordinating law enforcement work with other agencies, vehicular and foot patrols, report writing and participation in training sessions on airport related issues.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
Aircraft maintenance engineers are responsible for the maintenance, control and repair of specialized aircraft instrumentation and parts. The maintenance of modern sophisticated aircrafts calls for high degree of technical knowledge, proficiency, dexterity and integrity on part of the concerned personnel. They play a critical role towards keeping the aircrafts in flying condition and to ensure 100% flight safety. Aircraft engineers research, design, manufacture and maintain aircraft. With the fast-paced growth in the aviation sector, aircraft maintenance engineers are in high demand.
